I work in a technology field that is male dominated and I feel very lucky where I am. Everything in that article was my biggest fear when I was job hunting. I really didn't want to get stuck working with an old cranky engineer that thought women should be barefoot and pregnant (I've heard some horror stories). I've only been in this field for two and a half years now and I've never felt like I was inferior because I wasn't toting a sausage and peas.
